Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Birdline (the "Service"), operated by Birdline AI Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Birdline is a campaign workspace for marketing and creative teams that connects creative briefs, production planning, and advertising performance data in one place. The Service includes AI-powered features and optional integrations with third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Figma, and Slack.
Use of Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Birdline AI Inc., our employees, or other users
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit any malicious code or harmful content
- Use the Service in violation of the terms of any third-party platform you connect
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date

Third-Party Integrations
The Service allows you to connect third-party platforms, including Meta, Google, Figma, and Slack. When you connect a platform, you authorize us to access and use information from that platform solely to provide the connected feature.
Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party platforms. You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority — including any required authorization within your organization — to connect each platform and to grant us access to the associated data.

AI Features
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and analyze content such as briefs, plans, and creative materials. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying it before relying on or using it. We do not warrant the accuracy or fitness of any AI-generated output.
User Content
Content you create, upload, or generate using the Service ("User Content") remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all User Content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Subscription and Billing
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
- Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
- Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
- Our right to modify pricing with advance notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Birdline AI Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any output will be accurate or reliable.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Birdline AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
