Introduction

Birdline AI Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates Birdline (the "Service"), a campaign workspace for marketing and creative teams that connects creative briefs, production planning, and advertising performance data in one place. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service, including its integrations with third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Figma, and Slack.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide to us:

  • Account data such as your name, email address, and organization or company name when you register

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data, including how you interact with the Service
  • Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and device information
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to operate and improve the Service

Information collected through connected integrations:

  • When you connect a third-party platform, we collect only the data necessary to provide the connected feature. The specific data depends on the platform you connect. See "Connected Integrations" below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Generate, analyze, and organize campaign, creative, and production content within the Service
  • Display advertising performance data and insights from your connected accounts
  • Improve and personalize your experience
  • Communicate with you about updates, features, and support
  • Process your transactions and manage your account
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service
  • Operate the third-party integrations you choose to connect

Connected Integrations

The Service lets you connect third-party platforms to bring your data into your campaign workspace. We access and store only the data needed to provide each connected feature, and only for as long as the integration is connected. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and privacy policy.

Meta (Meta Ads / Facebook)

With your authorization, we access your advertising performance data — such as campaign, ad set, and ad metrics, spend, and account information — to display analytics and insights within Birdline. We do not access your personal Facebook or Instagram profile content. Our use of Meta data complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Google

With your authorization, we access files and documents you select from Google Drive (or other Google services you connect) to bring relevant materials into your workspace. We access only the files and data you grant permission to, and our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Figma

With your authorization, we access design files and assets you select from Figma to incorporate them into your workspace. We access only the files and data you grant permission to.

Slack

With your authorization, we send share links and tasks from Birdline to the Slack channels you choose. We store the OAuth token and the workspace and channel identifiers needed to deliver these messages. We do not read, collect, or store your Slack messages, channel history, or files.

You can disconnect any integration at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions.

AI Features and Automated Processing

The Service uses artificial intelligence to help you generate, analyze, and organize content such as briefs, plans, and creative materials. To provide these features, relevant content you submit may be processed by AI service providers acting as our sub-processors. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models, and our AI providers are contractually restricted from using your content to train their models. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit using TLS, and encryption of data at rest. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized Birdline personnel.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Integration data (such as access tokens and data synced from connected platforms) is retained for the duration of the active integration and is deleted when you disconnect the integration or delete your account. We may retain certain information as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Data Storage and Hosting

Your data is stored and processed in the United States. We host the Service through Vercel and Supabase.

We use third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to help us operate the Service. These providers have access to personal information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it and not to use it for any other purpose.
