What to Include

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • The email address associated with your Birdline account
  • A description of the issue or question
  • The name of the integration involved, if your request relates to a connected platform (Meta, Google, Figma, or Slack)
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

Getting started

Birdline brings your creative briefs, production planning, and advertising performance data together in one workspace. Connect your accounts under Settings → Integrations to start pulling your data in.

Connecting integrations

  • Meta: Connect your Meta Ads account to view campaign performance and insights inside Birdline.
  • Google / Figma: Connect to bring documents, files, and design assets into your workspace.
  • Slack: Send share links and tasks from Birdline to the Slack channels you choose. Birdline can post to any public channel without being invited first; for private channels, the Birdline AI app must be a member.

A connected account isn't syncing

Confirm the integration is still connected under Settings → Integrationsand that your access hasn't been revoked on the third-party platform. Reconnecting usually resolves sync issues.
